Welcome to Virtual Veterinary Neurology!

 

My consultation service allows for a conversation between your local veterinarian and myself as a boarded veterinary neurologist (DACVIM (Neurology)).

 

In order to comply with the standards established by the veterinary governing body, the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Virtual Veterinary Neurology is a veterinarian-to-veterinarian consultation service. This allows for a Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) to be maintained between your local veterinarian, yourself as the pet owner, and your pet, with myself aiding as the on-call specialist from the sidelines. Neurology is what I live and breathe!

I am available for consultation through whichever means your vet is most comfortable, including email, text message, phone call, FaceTime, and Zoom. The consultation fee is $200* - in preparation for the consult, prepare videos of the neurologic concern your pet is having (e.g. abnormal postures, gait, personality change, seizure episodes, etc) and have your vet summarize pertinent bloodwork results, exam findings, current medication doses, and current weight. Then have your vet reach out to me to schedule a good day and time to discuss your pet.
